Downsing

Introduction

The delight about Dowsing (Divining) is that just about everyone can do it at some stage in their lives, if they really want to. Obviously some people will become better at it than others for various reasons, such as the amount of time of dedicated practice is applied, the more you practice the better one becomes.

Dowsing is becoming more and more recognised, as people become more informed and have an open mind, as it is not just an art; it is a gift and a science.

So, Dowsing has been used for centuries for finding water, minerals, old drains; missing persons; archaeological remains; oil etc. Today it is being used for things like spiritual searches into the conscious and sub-conscious minds within the five senses we have, thus opening up a new world of possibilities.

Always keep things as simple as possible, choose your tools with which you work carefully and find the best one for each speciality you grow into.

History

Dowsing has been around since around 6000 AC according to rock painting in the Sahara near Tassili nAjjer and there are recordings to its use since 3000 AC in Egypt. In the Bible, Moses used a staff. Unfortunately in the sixteenth century Dowsing was regarded as the “work of the Devil” and was condemned by the churches, but the “know how” was passed down from generation to generation by whom were dedicated to its wonders. During the “cold war” both the United States and Russia used Dowsing extensively and effectively to find submarines; downed aircraft etc.

Tools of the trade

There are many types of tools and many variations of the same tool, but the point in common is, that they all work with someone, somewhere, as everyone is different and have different interests, capabilities etc.

Work with the tool you feel comfortable with.

The Pendulum acts as an amplifier to the subtle energies that you body picks up, maybe eventually you could do without the tool and use your body, or your hands, as you become acquainted with the energies that surround us.

Pendulums of wood, crystals, metals; rods of wire and wood; forked sticks of willow, hazel and the olive; staffs; wands; bobbers;even a needle on a bit of cotton will do.

- Always tell the truth to your patients.

- Always use Dowsing for only doing good for yourself and others.

- Never try to do work when you are tired, angry, or do not like a person.

- Make sure you use the best tool for any specific job.

- Remember your opinion is only an opinion.

- Remember to learn from your errors.

Courses are given on a as and when bases and there are no restriction on who can participate, just the “wanting” is sufficient.

Try it.

Welcome to another world.
